@theselstudio One of my favorite activities! Screenshot an outline of a rainbow, print it, and then have students chose a few emotions they feel in their life and a color to go with each. Then they color the percent of the rainbow line for how often they feel that emotion. For example, if they feel stressed about half of the time, they would color it halfway. Then have the students present their rainbow if they would like and ask some reflection questions! Pro tip: I also like to explain to kids why it’s important to be able to identify and label our emotions.
